Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. offers a 12-week internship to a student pursuing a degree in CS or a related field. You will work with the enterprise architecture team to build scalable financial systems, focusing on event-driven microservices, real-time data processing, and frontend usability.

You will collaborate with engineers to design, implement, and test backend services, manage data pipelines, and enhance documentation and runbooks for SRR offerings.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in building scalable, real-time microservices and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL and data modelling across databases; Oracle/Snowflake a plus.

Responsabilités

• Learn to develop and support event-driven microservices in Go for high-volume, real-time transactions.
• Explore AI data mining techniques using existing datasets to support data analysis.
• Develop unit tests to improve coverage and reliability.
