Undergrad Intern - U.S. Value & Access (Summer 2027)
Let's do this. Let's change the world. During this program, you will have the opportunity to partner with Amgen's US Value and Access leaders and experience our mission-driven culture firsthand.
U.S. Value & Access plays a critical role in helping patients access Amgen medicines. Our teams develop strategies that address how medicines are priced, covered, reimbursed, and made accessible within the U.S. healthcare system.
As a summer intern, you will join a U.S. Value & Access team and take ownership of a project tied directly to a current business priority. You will work with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to analyzea real businesschallenge, develop insights and recommendations, andultimately presentyour work to a broad group of U.S. Value & Access colleagues and leaders.
Throughout thesummer, you will gain hands-on experience with the U.S. healthcare system and biotechnology industry while building analytical, financial, strategic problem-solving, and communication skills.Each intern willbenefitfrom the support and guidance of their manager, assigned mentor, teammates, fellow interns, recruiting team members, and the greater Amgen community. Upon successful completion of the summer experience, interns will be evaluated for a full-timepositionpost-graduation.
This role interacts cross functionally with Value Marketing, Patient Access, Ecosystems & Insights, Sales, Brand Marketing, Government Affairs, Trade & Distribution, Business Unit Leadership, Finance, Accounting, and Legal.This role will providea strong foundationin the U.S. healthcare landscape while building skills and experience that translate across a range of commercial healthcare careers.

The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $28.87 per hour.
