Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics in the Akron area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, suspensions, oil changes, and tire services.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of automotive repair experience, a sizable personal tool set, and the ability to obtain state inspections; ASE certifications are a plus. We offer competitive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Possess a personal tool box sufficient for undercar repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose vehicles for undercar repairs and maintenance.
• Perform services such as brakes, struts, shocks, oil changes, and tire work.
• Complete state inspections and ensure safe, reliable vehicle operation.
