Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is seeking full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at a state-of-the-art service center in the Miami, FL area. You will inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and tire services.

Responsibilities include state inspections, oil changes, fluid checks, and maintenance tasks. A toolbox of personal tools is required; ASE certifications and state inspection licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Extensive toolbox of personal tools for undercar repairs.
• Preferred: state inspection licenses and ASE Certifications G1, A4 and A5.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of undercar repairs (brakes, struts, and shocks).
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil/filter changes, fluid checks, and part replacements.
• Disassemble/mount tires and balance wheels as part of maintenance services.
