Job summary

Tire Kingdom & Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at our Brandon, FL service and tire sales center. Mechanics inspect, diagnose and perform a wide range of undercar repairs, including brakes, suspension, tires, and routine maintenance.

You will also handle state inspections and perform oil changes with attention to quality and safety. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, paid vacations and holidays,

Qualifications

Must have 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
State inspection license(s) preferred
ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), Brakes (A5) preferred

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose and perform a wide variety of automotive services
Perform undercar repairs including brakes, suspensions, tires and related components
Complete state-mandated inspections and regular maintenance tasks
