Job Description: Baker

The Baker is responsible for preparing all cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards, with accountability for:

  1. Preparing cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma.
  2. Guiding and training Baker Assistants.
  3. Performing all duties of a Baker Assistant.
Essential Functions

The essential functions listed are not exhaustive. Reliable and dependable attendance is required.

Education and Experience
  • Some high school education.
  • Minimum one year of operations experience required.
Food Safety

Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, obtained at applicant's expense.
