Job Title: Baker

The Baker is responsible for preparing all cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards, with accountability for:

  1. Preparing cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma.
  2. Guiding and assisting in the training of Baker Assistants.
  3. Performing all duties of a Baker Assistant as needed.
Essential Functions

Education and Experience
  • Some high school education.
  • Minimum of one year of operations experience required.
Food Safety

Compliance with local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, obtained at the applicant's expense.

Compensation
