Job Title: Baker

The Baker is responsible for preparing all cakes, cookies, and tarts according to company recipes and standards, with accountability for:

  1. Preparing cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma.
  2. Guiding and training Baker Assistants.
  3. Performing all duties of a Baker Assistant.

As an Associate, you will be required to uphold high standards of integrity and ethics to comply with all Company Policies. You will also maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates in an open-kitchen setting, interacting with individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors.

Education and Experience
  • Some high school education.
  • Minimum one year of operations experience required.
