We’re seeking ambitious, coachable individuals who want a long-term sales career. No prior payment industry experience is required—we provide training, tools, and mentorship to succeed. Flexible schedule and significant autonomy framed by commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting local businesses through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Scheduling appointments with business owners and decision makers.
• Conducting payment processing and technology reviews.
• Presenting SproutPay's payment, POS, payroll, and software solutions.
• Working with internal specialists to recommend the best solution for each customer.
• Managing opportunities through HubSpot CRM.
• Following up with prospects and existing customers.
• Attending weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
• Building long-term relationships that generate recurring residual income.
