Victra is seeking a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant in Virginia to deliver world‑class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will drive the in‑store experience by sharing product knowledge, executing the sales process, and building personal connections with customers.

You will attend a four‑day New Hire University training, complete it within 30 days, and work evenings, weekends, holidays, especially during peak season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, especially Nov–Dec.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
