C Spire is seeking an Account Service Representative to front-line the customer experience in one of our retail locations. You’ll drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and earn uncapped commissions while staying current on devices and plans.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
• Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.
• Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.
