Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive the in-store experience, meet sales goals, and connect guests to technology.

You will receive paid training, earn uncapped commissions with a base hourly rate, and join a team that values performance, collaboration, integrity, and career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
