Job description

Full-time (four 10-hour shifts per week) and part-time (up to three 10-hour shifts per week) positions available.

Start time: 10:30 AM with variable end time (approximately 10-hour shifts).

Starting rate: $23.00/hr. After 90 days, eligible for a performance-based increase.

Unbound Holdings, LLC OH (UBHD), a Delivery Service Partner (DSP), operates out of the DKY9 Amazon Delivery Station in Florence, KY. We seek reliable, highly motivated Delivery Associates (DAs) to join our team delivering Amazon packages in the Florence, KY area.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Physically demanding work; you won't need the gym on work days!
2. Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, crouch, and climb stairs regularly; assistive tools available
3. Deliver packages quickly to various locations in all weather conditions
4. Handle 100-200 stops per day, climbing in/out of the van, walking, and climbing stairs frequently
5. Maintain professionalism and resolve customer delivery issues as needed
6. Load and sort packages daily in the vehicle
7. Train teammates and assist with rescue routes
8. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper operation, including fuel levels and safe maneuvering of large vehicles

Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Valid driver's license required
3. Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is a plus
4. Pass a background check
5. Drug test required
6. Ability to use GPS and smartphone effectively (phone provided)
