St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Supervisor for the Dallas Regional Office.

The role focuses on observing, reporting, and patrolling to protect assigned locations. You will write detailed reports, enforce post orders, and respond to emergencies while maintaining high customer service standards. Requirements include a valid Texas Guard Card, background and drug test, and prior supervisory security experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas Guard Card.
• Must pass a background and drug test.
• 3 years supervisory security experience is highly desired.
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or other security functions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute security services as outlined in Post Order Manual and company guidelines.
• Conduct walking/v ehicular/golf cart/bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats or hazards and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain daily activity reports (DARs) and write detailed incident reports.
• Ensure adherence to post orders, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with site supervision and management during shifts.
