Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Courteous behavior and ability to interact with the public

• Maintain a 10% tactical reserve

• Visit buildings monthly and perform random weekly visits between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am
• Provide timely reports on service levels, incidents, shifts, invoices, safety audits, and other metrics
