Prosegur is seeking an Unarmed Security - Site Manager in Perrysburg, OH. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, client interaction, and adherence to client-specific procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong English communication, and prior supervisory/security experience. This full-time position is on 1st shift with weekend work and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ requirement.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to follow complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening (drug test & background).
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• At least 2–3 years site supervisor experience.
• At least 1 year security experience.
• Must have supervisor/site manager experience (leadership, hiring, training, payroll).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Promote safety by observing and reporting hazards.
• Follow Prosegur and client post instructions.
• Participate in training and safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Demonstrate customer service orientation and basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols and light lifting as an Unarmed Security Officer.
