Prosegur is hiring an Unarmed Security - Site Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, client interaction, and supervision of security operations to protect clients and personnel.

Qualified applicants will have at least 1 year of security experience, 21+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication skills. The position requires on-site work and adherence to client requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and learn general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented with basic to intermediate computer and communication skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather conditions as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Job Skills / Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must have at least 1 yr of Security Experience
• Must have supervisor/site manager experience. Experience with large operations with multiple officers on shift; leadership experience with shift leadership, hiring, training, payroll, etc.
