Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring an Unarmed Licensed Security Rover in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on patrolling multiple premises, reporting incidents, and ensuring safety with professional customer service.

Applicants must hold an active North Carolina Unarmed Guard Card, be at least 25, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and be able to pass a drug screen. Competitive pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement or military experience, or 2 years of unarmed security, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performing both regular and random patrols of multiple premises.
• Reporting any security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences.
• When necessary, performing control procedures.
• Operating emergency equipment.
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports.
• Investigating breaches of property.

Job Skills / Requirements

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring Unarmed Licensed Security Rover in Charolette. We are recruiting for professional unarmed security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 hr, paid every week!

-Candidate must have an active North Carolina Unarmed Guard Card, be at least 25 years of age, have a valid Driver's License, and clean Driving Record.

Prior law enforcement experience, Military experience and/or 2 years of Unarmed Security in a plus.

You will help to prevent and deter crime through:

• Performing both regular and random patrols of multiple premises
• Reporting any security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences
• When necessary, performing control procedures
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating breaches of property

You must meet the following requirements:

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate clearly and quickly in cases of emergency.
• A Security Officer must be able to read and interpret written information under a variety of circumstances.
• A Security Officer must be able to drive a motor vehicle in the course of his/her duties if required.
• A Security Officer must be able to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarm signals, and persons in distress against distracting sound background conditions (e.g., machinery, traffic noise, etc.)
• A Security Officer must be able: Walk, Run, Stand, Climb, Sit.
• A Security Officer must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required.
• A Security Officer must be in good mental health and be able to make decisions instantly on the event of an emergency.
• A Security Officer must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work. Must be able to obtain the status of license required for the position, either Armed or Unarmed.
