Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Route Patrol Driver in Litchfield Park, AZ. This full-time role involves guarding clients across logistics and distribution sites, performing routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

A valid driver’s license is required; Guard Card or license is preferred, with potential X-Ray screening experience. Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents, and documenting patrol activities for site

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
