Job summary

Transcend Security Solutions, LLC is seeking professional security guards to protect premises, assets and personnel in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on high-visibility presence, deterrence, observation and reporting to maintain safety.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, patrolling perimeters, responding to alarms, and delivering professional customer service. A valid Arizona security guard license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Security Guard License.
• At least 1 year of experience as security guard preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least age 18.
• Pass an in-depth criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening (zero tolerance).
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Patrol building and perimeter regularly or randomly.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Provide high level of customer service.
• Routine heavy lifting and walking may be required.
• Climb stairs multiple times during shifts as needed.
• Prepare reports clearly and concisely.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.

We are looking for professional security guards to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• An extremely high-level of customer service skills are needed.
• Routine heavy lifting may be required.
• Routine walking is required.
• Climbing Staircases multiple times throughout shift may be required.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of residents, visitors, and other persons, in order to maintain security of the entirety of the building.
• Knowledgeable about residential and/or commercial rules, and effectively answer inquiries specific to the property.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Effectively understand and utilize technology products such as a smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.
• Ability to prepare reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Spelling and grammar skills are essential.
• Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
