Allied Universal in Newtown Square, PA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Technology Support to safeguard clients across healthcare and other facilities. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service, while documenting activity and following post orders.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay of $19.75, with a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by performing security procedures and following site policies.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols to deter incidents and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site protocols and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for leadership.
