Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Los Angeles, CA. You will monitor and protect client sites, respond calmly to security concerns, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

You will conduct regular patrols of offices and production areas, verify credentials at access points, and complete incident reports and shift communications. A guard card and HS diploma are preferred; background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, production personnel, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and potential security concerns following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, production areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Complete required incident reports and shift communications accurately and timely.
