Qualifications

At least 1 year of security-related experience required.
Guard card or license preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check per federal/state/local laws; drug screen required.
Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; driving positions require a valid license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies and special procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed; report irregularities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and using post orders and escalation protocols.
Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents and share information with leadership and site contacts.
