Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading zones, and the surrounding perimeter of the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing conditions, and reporting unusual activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and emergency responders as needed.
