Qualifications

• Must hold a Utah security guard license.
• Must hold a Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Able to meet grooming and professional appearance standards.
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage access at office buildings and patrol various properties.
• Protect construction sites and commercial facilities from theft.
• Conduct foot patrols and drive patrol vehicles to monitor assigned areas.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies to protect people and property.
• Write incident reports and use reporting systems accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional conduct.
