Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following escalation and documentation procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift communications, coordinating with leadership and site contacts as needed.
