Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Response in Milwaukee, WI. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers a pay rate of $23.88 per hour, standard daytime schedules, and opportunities for career growth and benefits through our comprehensive programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support entry procedures for visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
