Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.
