The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and reliable reporting. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and background checks; CPR/First Aid and a Guard Card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience at a security-focused location or similar environment.
• Ability to observe and report incidents accurately and promptly.
• Strong communication to interact with employees, visitors and vendors.
• Wamiliarity with site policies and emergency response procedures is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials according to site procedures; report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and notification protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns in required reports.
