Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal history considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
