Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required by client.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership.
