Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the location, grounds, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials; document visitor and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; notify appropriate personnel and file reports.
• Observe and report conditions affecting operations and security.
