Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and direct guests to locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations professionally and document observations.
• Prepare daily activity reports and incident documentation for leadership and site contacts.
