Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver (Unarmed) in Peebles, OH for a full-time role. The position involves patrolling interior and exterior areas, monitoring access, and responding to incidents according to established procedures.

You will provide customer service to personnel and visitors, conduct post-orders-based patrols, and prepare clear incident reports. The role requires a valid driver's license and adherence to background/drug screening policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, screening visitors and/or contractors in accordance with site requirements, and documenting entries and departures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents, patrol observations, access activity, and other security-related concerns; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
