The position features daytime shifts and opportunities for training and growth. Applicants will perform access control, incident reporting, and coordination with site management to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff according to site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other events calmly and professionally.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and monitoring entry points.
• Document incidents and communicate information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
