Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license (state requirements).
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate logs and documentation.
• Observe and report potential hazards, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
