Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed.
• Complete activity reports and shift communications per requirements.
