Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Boca Raton, FL. You will patrol manufacturing and industrial sites, maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The role requires at least 2 years of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred Guard Card and CPR certification. Shift schedule includes DayTime and overnight hours; background checks and a drug screen apply.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while following site-specific policies.
• Access control and badge procedures are required to verify visitors and staff.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Guard Card/licence and CPR certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for site contacts.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing/industrial areas and exterior grounds.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify visitor access per site rules.
• Report hazards or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel and help maintain orderly workplaces.
