Metro One Security Management is launching a NEW client location and we’re building the team now! This is an opportunity to join a brand-new account as retail activity begins to accelerate and the holiday shopping season kicks into high gear.

We’re looking for professional, dependable, customer-focused Security Officers who want to be part of a strong team, make an impact from day one, and grow with Metro One. Weekly pay and paid hands-on training are available.

Qualifications

• Active California Guard Card or ability to obtain one.
• Professional appearance and business-casual attire.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence.
• Protect clients, employees, customers, and assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor the property and conduct patrols.
• Identify and report security concerns.
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports.
• Support loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary.
• Follow Metro One and client policies, including our hands-off policy.
• Represent Metro One and our client's brand with professionalism.

As a Metro One Security Officer, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, employees, and customers.
