Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is hiring unarmed Security Officers to work in Meridian, MS.

Pay rate is $12 per hour, paid weekly. Apply today!

This is an unarmed patrol position.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Hours: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Prior law enforcement, military, and/or security experience is a plus. Full-time and part-time positions available. Retirees and Veterans are welcome.

- Must be able to pass a drug screening

- Must have reliable transportation and an active cell phone

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly and quickly in emergencies.
• Ability to read and interpret written information under various circumstances.
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle if required.
• Ability to detect and identify sounds relevant to fires, floods, alarms, and persons in distress amid distracting background noise.
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, and sit.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist-high, if required.
• Good mental health and ability to make quick decisions during emergencies.
• Must meet physical and mental requirements for licensing in the relevant state(s) and obtain the necessary security license, either armed or unarmed.
