Sunstates Security LLC currently hiring full time, part time, and flex Unarmed Security Officers, in the Plano, Texas area. These positions offer a rate of $22 per hour, with weekly pay .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times
• Monitor and control access points, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry
• Conduct frequent foot patrols throughout the facility, including long-distance walking and extended periods of standing
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Complete detailed and accurate reports in both written and digital formats
• Work collaboratively with other security team members to maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience in a high-profile or high-traffic environment preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle interactions with professionalism and tact
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in the use of computers, security systems, and reporting software
• Must demonstrate a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Capable of working under pressure in a busy environment
• Must be a team-oriented individual with a proactive attitude
