Sunstates Security is hiring Full & Part-Time, Unarmed Security Officers in the Portland area. The pay rate for this position is $22.75/hr paid weekly.

Requirements

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Oregon DPSST unarmed security license required.
• Clean Driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Accessible for phone communication.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Read and understand written instructions; communicate clearly in writing.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Work in all weather conditions.

A Security Officer may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs. The Shift Supervisor must be knowledgeable of these directives and act efficiently accordingly.

Education & Certification

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Oregon DPSST License.
