River City Security & Investigations, LLC is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for weekend day shifts with 12-hour coverage. The role focuses on being the eyes and ears of the property during daytime operations, representing the company professionally to clients.

Ideal candidates will maintain a calm, consistent work environment, have weekend availability, and possess strong communication and observation skills to support site safety and security operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21
• Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security License (or ability to obtain one)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be available for 12-hour shifts every weekend
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay alert for extended periods
• Strong communication and observation skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards
• Maintain clear visibility and provide a professional customer-service presence
• Control access to buildings or areas as required by the site
• Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
• Complete accurate daily activity reports using company software
• Follow all site-specific protocols and RCSI policies

You’ll represent the company, maintain professionalism, and ensure clients have reliable weekend coverage.
