Job summary

Allied Universal® in Pomona, CA seeks a Security Officer for a full-time, unarmed patrol role at a logistics and distribution site. You will monitor access, perform patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, while delivering excellent customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees.

Shifts are scheduled Thu–Sun, 9:00 PM–5:00 AM. The role requires 1+ year of security experience and a high school diploma, with licensing as required by state law.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security experience or related work.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms and notify site contacts and emergency services.
• Document patrols and incidents through reports and share information with leadership.
