Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing prerequisites may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a telecommunications and media location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Report hazards, property concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership.
