Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer on a full‑time, unarmed patrol role in Bridgeton, MO. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the telecommunications location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site leadership.
