Prosegur is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer - Shift Lead/Supervisor for a swing shift in West Jordan, UT. The role offers full-time hours with weekend work and pay of $24.50 per hour.

The position requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a clean driving record. Candidates should have strong English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow complex instructions. Training and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
