Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report activities and incidents at the site to ensure safety and security of personnel and property.
• Conduct mobile patrols and complete scans every thirty minutes.
• Maintain order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Secure premises by inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; control entry.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Take on tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Doyle Security Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a driving post. This position involves operating a company vehicle to perform routine mobile patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding promptly to incidents or alarms, and providing a visible security presence to deter potential threats. The officer must maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, while communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and local authorities as necessary. Additionally, the position requires adherence to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures, as well as a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 1800 - 0000 (30 HRS)

Pay Range

Starting from USD $18.50/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Conducts mobile patrols and completes scans every thirty minutes.
• Maintains order and enforces site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Securing premises inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
