Job summary

Tarian Group is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment, provide customer assistance, and respond to incidents in support of site operations and client needs. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required after a conditional offer.

Responsibilities include maintaining security, serving as a visible deterrent, and performing other duties as assigned. Education includes a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain licenses.

Qualifications

• A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required for this position.
• Previous work experience with the public in a service setting is preferred.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED; ability to obtain/maintain applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 80 lbs; valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety throughout the organization; act as a visible deterrent to illegal activities.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
