The position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen, with physical ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 80 lbs. State licensing may apply depending on role and location.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid ID and/or driver’s license; ability to meet driving guidelines if applicable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities including color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Stand and/or walk for entire shift; lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and safety across the organization; act as a visible deterrent.
• Perform patrols on foot or in vehicles.
• Monitor for irregularities or potential security threats.
• Respond to alarms; liaise with law enforcement or fire services as needed.
• Enforce rules, including loitering or smoking prohibitions.
• Control access for authorized individuals; monitor entries/exits.
• Ensure compliance with property protection protocols during departures.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities with precise records.
• Supervise visitor check-ins; inspect trucks for clearance before entry.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
